Five levels of Ice Technician are recognized:
The YCA offers CCA sanctioned technical and theory, Ice Technician courses leading to Level 1 and Level 2 certification.
- Level 1 - teaches ice maintenance after installation;
- Level 2 - concentrates on installation.
